Miniature Button Load Cell FCLB is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology which offers 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-500kg seven measuring ranges to choose from,compact design makes Button Load Cell FCLB suitable for compression force measurement applications with limited mounting space. Each sensor comes with a 4-meter-long shielded cable, 4xM2.5 threaded holes located on the bottom make it easy to mount micro force sensor FCLB to a flat platform,you may find transducer FCLB suitable for applications such as load distribution analysis, mold pressure measurement, force overload protection, clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring, hydraulics force control and so on.

A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Button Load Cell FCLB-1kN with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0...+4.95mV.
Example two: Compression Load Cell FCLB-2kN with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0...+7.5mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: FCLB-1kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-1kN force VS 0-10V output, when you get 3V output,it means the current load is 300N compression load,when you get 1V output,it means the current load is 100N compression force,and so on.
