Low Profile Compression Load Cell Force Sensor FHA is produced based on strain gauge technology with CE certified. Low profile load cell FHA offers 300N / 750N / 0-1500N / 0-3000N four rated capacities to choose form, high accuracy with 0.05% non-linearity of the full scale. Thin load cell FHA utilizes 1000ohms gauges which has better performance compared to commonly used 350ohms gauges in terms of power consumption and long term stability. Compact design enables the construction of scales with an extremely low overall height, affordable load cell FHA is also suitable for battery powered weighing devices.

A load cell is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied load/force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer which is normally within -30mV...+30mV.
Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of the sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~2mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-30mV(-30mV...+30mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FHA-30kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC ,the output range is 0~4.95mV.
Example two: FHA-300kg with 2mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC ,the output range is 0~10mV.
