Rod End Load Cell 500N 200N 100N 50N Tension Compression Sensor

Tension Compression Sensor FLXK is made of 17-4 stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both traction and compression force measurement. Force sensor FLXK is designed with an M4 threaded rod at the top center of the transducer. The 2 x M3 tapped holes located at the outer circle of the sensor can be used to fix the loadcell to a flat and solid surface, while the M4 threaded rod can be used for force loading. Bidirectional force transducer offers 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-50kg four rated measuring ranges, it can be modified or customized upon request.

Output signal of load cell and amplifier:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Rod End Load Cell FLXK is normally around 1.3mV/V.
Power supply of Traction Compression Load Cell FLXK is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of force sensor FLXK is normally within -15.6mV…+15.6mV for tensile and compressive force measurement.
Example: Threaded Rod End Load Cell FLXK-5kg with 1.3mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -13mV...+13mV.

The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Tension And Compression Sensor FLXK-10kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V, the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-10kg compression force VS 0-10V output, 0-10kg traction force VS 0-(-10V), which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 1kgf compressive load, (-2V) output corresponds to 2kgf tensile load, and so on.
