Small size load cell sensor FMZK is a transducer that converts mechanical force into electrical signal proportional to the applied force or weight.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the impedance variation of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal changes proportionally, thus the weight or force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Load sensor FMZK-5kg with 1.0mV/V powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
Example two: Weight sensor FMZK-10kg with 1.0mV/V powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0~5mV.
