Rod End Compression Type Load Cell FCLQ is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology offering 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-30kg / 0-50kg four rated capacities to choose from intended compression force measurement. The M6 threaded rod located on the top of the sensor can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons and eye bolts for different applications. Compared to universal side cable outlet, force transducer FCLQ adopts bottom cable outlet which helps save the mounting space, Compression Force Sensor FCL is suitable for in-line force measurement. Transducer FCLQ can be modified or customized as per request of clients or different applications.

A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of force transducer FCLQ is around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of FCLQ is normally within 0-22.5mV.
Example one: Compressive Load Cell FCLQ-20kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0...+15mV.
Example two: Compression Type Loadcell FCLQ-30kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0...+7.5mV.
A signal conditioner is normally used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing:
Example: FCLQ-50kg working with amplifier FSC(0-5V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-50kg compression load VS 0-5V output,when you get 1V output,it means the current load is 10kg,when you get 2V output,it means the current load is 20kg,and so on.
