Low Profile Compression Load Cell FCCK is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology, very compact size with 12.7mm outer diameter and 3.95mm height which makes miniature force transducer FCCK suitable for compression force measurement applications with limited mounting space.Low Profile Load Cell FCCK offers 0-1000N / 0-500N / 0-200N / 0-100N / 0-50N five rated measuring ranges to choose from. Transducer FCCK utilizes 1000 ohms bridge resistance for lower heat emission and better stability, you may find Subminiature Load Cell FCCK suitable for applications such as clamping force measurement, force overload protection, load distribution measurement, pressing die force measurement, auto equipment, medical divices, assembly line, and so on. Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FCCK-100N with 1.5mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is 0~7.5mV proportional to the applied load.
Example two: FCCK-200N with 1.6mV/V power by 10V DC,the output range is 0~16mV proportional to the applied load.
The mV output from the loadcell sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Thin Load Cell FCCK-1kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-1000N force VS 0-10V output.
