Low profile planar beam load cell FHA is produced based on strain gauge technology with CE certified. Low profile compression load cell FHA offers 0-30kg / 0-75kg / 0-150kg / 0-300kg four measuring ranges to choose form, high accuracy with 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity. Thin load cell FHA utilizes 1000ohms gauges which has better performance compared to commonly used 350ohms gauges in terms of power consumption and long term stability. Compact design enables the construction of scales with an extremely low overall height, affordable load cell FHA is also suitable for battery powered weighing devices.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of the sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Planar beam load cell FHA-30kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC ,the output range is 0~15mV.
Example two: Low profile compression load sensor FHA-300kg with 2mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC ,the output range is 0~6.6mV.
Load cell zero output:The output signal of the loadcell with no-load applied,expressed in mV/V or as a percentage of rated output.The zero output is caused by the stress during strain gauge bonding,it can be handled during calibration or signal processing without affecting the measurement accuracy.
