Low Profile Compression Load Cell FCB-A utilizes strain gauge technology inteneded for both tension and compression force measurement. Compact design, suitable for force measuring applications where installation height is limited. Compression Force Sensor FCB-A offers 0-500N / 0-1000N / 0-2000N three measuring ranges to choose from, model FCB-A delivers mV/V output proportional to the applied load from the full wheatstone bridge. Different force loading tools can be attaached to the M8*1 threaded hole located at the center of the force sensor for different applications. Low profile load cell FCB-A is RoHS compliant and CE certified,it can also be modified or customized as per client's request.

A Load Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into electrical signal which is proportional to the load being applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell which is normally within -25mV...+25mV for model FCB-A. A load cell signal amplifier can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing. Taking FCB-A-1kN and FSC(0-10V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-1000N load VS 0-10V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 100N load, 2V voltage corresponds to 200N force,5V voltage corresponds to 500N force,and so on.
