Hollow Type Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Transducer FTF features a flange-to-flange mounting with a center thru-hole design.Torque cell FTF offers 88lbf-in / 177 lb*in / 265 in-lb / 442 lb*in / 885 lb-in / 1770lbf-in / 2655lb*in / 4425 lb*in / 6195in-lb / 8850 lbf-in ten measuring ranges to choose from,high accuracy with 0.2% non-linearity of the full scale.Torquemeter FTF is capable of meauring torque in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction,applicable for both reaction torque measurement and rotating torque measurement where inserting an extra part between the driving and driven elements is impracticable,the rotating shaft can pass through the through hole located at the center of the torque transducer,which enables measurement of rotating torque without influence of the rotating speed.Typical applications of Reaction Torque Meter FTF are for example torque measurement of pumps,drilling rigs,etc., actuator torque test, stirring torque control and so on.Here are some advantages of measuring rotating torque using hollow torque transducers compared to rotary torque sensors:

Hollow flange reaction torque sensor FTF is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of FTF is normally within -20mV...+20mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.
