Low profile compression force transducer FCCK is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology, very compact size with 12.7mm outer diameter and 3.95mm height.Miniature thin load cell FCCK offers 11lb / 22lb / 44 lb / 110 lb / 220 lb five different measuring ranges to choose from. 1000 ohms bridge resistance for lower heat emission, you may find subminiature load cell FCCK suitable for applications such as clamping force measurement, force overload protection, load distribution measurement, pressing die force measurement, auto equipment,medical divices, assembly line,etc..

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FCCK-1kN with 1.5mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is 0~7.5mV proportional to the applied load.
Example two: FCCK-500N with 1.6mV/V power by 10V DC,the output range is 0~16mV proportional to the applied load.

Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Force transducer FCCK-100N working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-100N load VS 0-10V output,which is linear within the error range.
