Shipped today to a regular customer in Hongkong were 5pcs custom made in-line load cells with 200kg rating,these rod end force sensors are similar to our standard model FL25 but with enhanced measuring range.The customer found the failure ratio of standard FL25-100kg is pretty high in their application,after checked with our engineer,we came to the conclusion that the 100kg loadcells were overloaded frequently,so we proposed a customized solution with higher measuring range without changing the mounting dimensions,so our customer doesn't need to make any mechanical modifications to match the new transducers.
