Donut Through Hole Force Transducer FDBG is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.5% non-linearity of the rated capacity intended for fastening force measurement. Washer Type Load Cell FDBG offers 0-10kN / 0-20kN / 0-30kN / 0-50kN / 0-100kN / 0-200kN six rated measuring ranges to choose from. Hollow type load cell FDBG features a customizable thru-hole ranging from 7mm to 32mm located at the center of the transducer, so the load structure can pass through the sensor, which makes hollow force transducer FDBF an excellent option for tightening force measurement. Clamping force load cell FDBG can also be modified or customized upon request.

Output signal of load cell FDBG:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Hollow Load Cell FDBG is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Washer Type Force Sensor FDBG is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Clamping Force Transducer FDBG is normally within 0…+22.5mV.
Example one: Through Hole Load Cell FDBG-100kN with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+15mV.
Example two: Hollow Type Load Cell FDBG-200kN with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+7.5mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Washer Type Load Cell FDBG-50kN working with amplifier FSC(0-5V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-50kN compression force VS 0-5V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 10kN compression load, 2V output corresponds to 20kN press force, and so on.
Thru-hole Loadcell FDBG can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver below functions:
-Display force value in real time
-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
-RS485 or RS232 interface
-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
-Switch output
