Donut Through Hole Load Cell FDBA is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.5% non-linearity of the rated capacity intended for fastening force measurement. Force Washer Load Cell FDBA offers a wide measuring ranges from 10kgf to 15ton.Hollow type load cell FDBA features a thru-hole located at the center of the transducer, so the load structure can pass through the sensor, which makes hollow force transducer FDBA an excellent option for tightening force measurement. Clamping force load cell FDBA can also be modified or customized upon request.

Output signal of load cell FDBA:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Force Washer Load Cell FDBA is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Washer Type Force Sensor FDBA is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Clamping Force Transducer FDBA is normally within 0…+22.5mV.
Example one: Through Hole Load Cell FDBA-100kg with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+15mV.
Example two: Hollow Type Load Cell FDBA-200kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+7.5mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Washer Type Load Cell FDBA-500kg working with amplifier FSC(0-5V)-24V, the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-500kgf clamping force VS 0-5V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 100kgf load, 2V output corresponds to 200kgf force, and so on.
Thru-hole Loadcell FDBA can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver below functions:
-Display force value in real time
-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
-RS485 or RS232 interface
-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
-Switch output
