Hollow Through Hole Load Cell FDBH is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.5% non-linearity of the rated capacity intended for both traction and compression force measurement. Washer Load Cell FDBH offers 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-20kN / 0-30kN / 0-50kN five rated measuring ranges to choose from. Hollow type load cell FDBH features a M30 threaded hole located at the center of the transducer, which offers following two mounting methods:
Donut type force sensor FDBH is very suitable for clamping/fastening force measurement, to meet requirements of different applications, model FDBH can also be modified or customized.

Output signal of load cell FDBH:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Hollow Load Cell FDBH is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Washer Type Force Sensor FDBH is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Clamping Force Transducer FDBH is normally within 0…+22.5mV.
Example one: Through Hole Load Cell FDBH-50kN with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+15mV.
Example two: Hollow Type Load Cell FDBH-10kN with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+7.5mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Washer Type Load Cell FDBH-10kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-10kN compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 1kN load, 2V output corresponds to 2kN force, and so on.
Thru-hole Loadcell FDBH can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver below functions:
-Display force value in real time
-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
-RS485 or RS232 interface
-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
-Switch output
