Threaded inline Compression And Traction Force Sensor FL25 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified.In-line force transducer FL25 offers rugged structure for industrial applications.Inline pull push load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement. The pull force sensor FL25 can be easily mounted to existing system through M5 or M6 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit different usage requirements. Compression And Traction Force Transducer FL25 uses metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output with 50N / 100N / 200N / 300N / 500N / 600N / 1000N seven rated capacities to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a 4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection.Tensile Load Cell FL25 is normally used for press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement, auto equipment, production line, hand press machine.etc. Compressive Tensile Load Cell FL25 can also be modified or customized as per client's request.

A load cell is a transducer that converts load or force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Threaded rod end compression traction load cell FL25 is designed to measure both tension and compression force,outputs millivolt signal ranging -30mV...+30mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The applied force can be displayed through a force indicator,force indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement; FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.

Instruction of load cell output:

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of In-line Push Pull Load Cell FL25 is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Rod End Compression Tensile Force Sesnor FL25 is within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Push Pull Force Transducer FL25 is normally within -30mV...+30mV for compression and traction force measurement.
Example: Push And Pull Force Sensor FL25-20kg with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC, the output range is -10mV...+10mV.

A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Compression And Traction Load Cell FL25-10kg working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-10kg push force VS 0-10V output, 0-10kg traction force VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error.
