Miniature Tension Load Cell FSSQ offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, and 5 capacity ranges 1kg / 2kg / 5kg / 10kg / 20kg to choose from.The jr s-beam load cell FSSQ utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.2% non-linearity,the compact design enables the FSSQ to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.The Micro Force Sensor FSSQ features M2 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.

Wheatstone Bridge:A Wheatstone bridge is a network of four resistive legs. One or more of these legs can be active sensing elements. The Wheatstone bridge is the electrical equivalent of two parallel voltage divider circuits. R1 and R2 compose one voltage divider circuit, and R4 and R3 compose the second voltage divider circuit. The output of a Wheatstone bridge is measured between the middle nodes of the two voltage dividers.
Rated Capacity: The maximum axial load the load cell is designed to measure within its specifications.
Non-linearity: The maximum deviation of the calibration curve from a straight line drawn between the no-load and rated outputs; expressed as a percentage of the rated output and measured on increasing load only.
Non-repeatability: The maximum difference between load cell output readings for repeated loadings under identical loading and environmental conditions.
Miniature Tension Load Cell FSSQ outputs mV signal from the full wheatstone bridge which is proportional to the applied load,a load cell amplifier can be used to convert mV signal into -5-5V / 0-10V / 4-20mA for easy signal processing,taking FSSQ-100N and FSC(-5-5V)-24V for example,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-100N compression load VS 0-5V output, 0-100N tension load VS 0-(-5V) output, 2V voltage corresponds to 40N compression load, -1V voltage corresponds to 20N tension force,and so on.
