Miniature flange torque transducer FTE is strain gauge based intended for reaction torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction.Torque sensor FTE offers 0.1NM / 0.2NM / 0.5NM / 1NM / 2NM / 3NM / 5NM / 10NM / 20NM / 30NM / 50NM / 100NM twelve rated capacities to choose from,high accracy with maximum 0.2% non-linearity of the full scale. End flanges located on both sides of the torque transducer can be used for bolting between shaft or mounting plates,very compact size makes torque cell FTE suitable for torque measurement where mounting space is limited.Torque meter FTE can be modified or customized as per client's request to meet requirements of different applications.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal.Miniature torque sensor FTE is designed to measure non-rotating torque which is also known as reaction torque.Micro torque transducer FTE utilizes strain gauge technology to deliver mV/V output proportional to the applied torque, working with signal conditioner can get ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output.i.e. FTE-1Nm working with FSC(-10-10V)-24V, the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-1N*m torque in clockwise direction VS 0-10V output, 0-1Nm torque in anticlockwise direction VS 0-(-10V) output. Flange torque sensor FTE can also work with digital indicator FPT to display the torque value in real time,the display unit supports RS485/RS232 interface and 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output.
