Smallest Weight Sensor FMZC is strain gauge based to deliver 1.0mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge. Small load sensor FMZC offers 2kg / 3kg / 5kg / 0-10kg four rated capacities to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full capacity.The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to commonly used 350 ohms gauges. The compact size (L*W*H=22*8*5mm) and aluminum material makes FMZC weighs only about 2.2 grams which makes it suitable for weight measuring applications where total mass and mounting space matters. Brief instruction of load cell rated output(or Sensitivity) and output range:
Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of loadcell FMZC is around 1mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output signal of Load Transducer FMZC is normally within 0-10mV.
Example one: Smallest Load Cell Sensor FMZC-2kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
