Shaft-to-shaft reaction torque sensor Inline type torque measurement transducer

Shaft to shaft reaction torque transducer FTB is a stationary type torque sensor intended for non-rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Shaft type torque meter FTB offers 0.5Nm / 1Nm / 2Nm / 3Nm / 5Nm / 10Nm / 20Nm / 30Nm / 50Nm / 100Nm ten rated capacities to choose from, keyed shaft located on both sides can be used to connect with drive device and load. Each sensor will include a 3m-long shielded cable with mating connector and an in-house calibration certificate to guarantee the sensor's performance, torque cell FTB can be modified or customized as per client’s requirements.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of shaft torque transducer FTB is normally within -20mV...+20mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.
