Weight measurement sensor 25kg 40kg 60kg 100kg 200kg
A weight measurement sensor is normally produced based on strain gauge technology,a wheatstone bridge is integrated onto the measuring element,when weight is applied to the load sensor,the measuring element deforms which will change the resistance of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal from the wheatstone bridge will change proportionally.Thus the weight can be measured by measuring the analog output signal from the load cell.The output signal of a load cell can be calculated according to to below formula:
Power supply range: 3-15V
Rated output range: 1.0~2.0mV/V
Within the rated capacity,a load cell outputs 0~30mV signal which is proportional to theapplied weight.For different applications,load cell signal amplifier can be used to amplify the mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal process.High accuracy AD converter is also an option.
