Model FCCK utilizes 1000 ohms bridge resistance for lower heat emission and better stability, you may find Subminiature Load Cell FCCK suitable for applications such as clamping force measurement, force overload protection, load distribution measurement, pressing die force measurement, auto equipment, medical divices, assembly line,etc.. Custom made service is available for similar structures with different measuring ranges.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of button load cell FCCK is normally within 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of miniature compression force sensor FCCK is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of compression force transducer FCCK is normally within 0-18mV.
Example one: FCCK-500N with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~4.95mV proportional to the applied load.
Example two: FCCK-200N with 1.6mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0~8mV proportional to the applied load.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
A signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Miniature force transducer FCCK-500N working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-500N load VS 0-10V output.
