Miniature Triaxial Load Cell 100N 50N 20N 10N Multi-axis Force Sensor
Miniature Tri-axial Load Cell FNZ is made of aluminum based on strain gauge technology offering 10N / 20N / 50N / 100N four measuring ranges for all three axes,each axis is capable of measuring force in both tension and compression direction. Multi-axis force sensor FNZ utilizes independent wheatstone full bridge for each axis to deliver mV/V output which proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation,3-channel signal amplifier LC3A can be used to convert the mV signal into 0-5V / 0-10V / 4-20mA output. Taking FNZ-100N and LC3A(-10-10V)-24V for example,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-100N load in Fx+/Fy+/Fz+ direction VS 0~10V output, 0-100N load in Fx-/Fy-/Fz- direction VS 0~(-10V) output.Typical applications for this type of transducer are for example friction force measurement,force control in robotics,force simulators, force monitoring in handing devices,industrial test benches,etc..
