Miniature Compression Load Cell Force Sensor FC10C is made of stainless steel based on metal foil stain gauge technology intended for compression force measurement. Micro Load Cell FC10C offers 50N / 100N / 200N / 500N four rated capacities to choose from.Small size compression load cell FC10C is featured with only 10mm outer diameter and 6mm total height which makes it extremely suitable for compression force measurement applications with limited mounting space.Typical applications for transducer FC10C are such as clamping force measuremen, force overload protection, load distribution analysis, pressing die force measurement, auto equipment, assembly line and so on. Miniature Force Transducer FC10C can also be modified or customized as per client's request.

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FC10C-20kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
Example two: FC10C-10kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0~5mV.

Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes can hardly be processed directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Micro Load Cell FC10C-10kg working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-10kg load VS 0-10V output, when you get 1V output,it means the current load is 1kg,when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 5kg...
