M12 Threaded inline Tension Force Sensor FL51 is made of 17-4 stainless steel based on strain gauge technology. In-line force transducer FL51 offers rugged structure for industrial applications.Inline pull push load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement. The pull force sensor FL51 can be easily mounted to existing system through M12 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit different usage requirements. Push And Pull Force Transducer FL51 uses metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output with 500N / 1000N / 2000N / 3000N / 5000N / 10kN / 20kN seven rated capacities to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a 4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection. Tension And Compression Load Cell FL51 is normally used for press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement, auto equipment, production line, hand press machine.etc. Push And Pull Load Cell FL51 can also be modified or customized as per client's request. A force load cell is a transducer that converts load or force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Threaded rod end pull load cell FL51 is designed to measure both tension and compression force,outputs millivolt signal ranging -25mV~25mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output, which can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software. The applied force can also be displayed through a force meter, digital indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC, sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement; FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also available from FPT.

Instruction of load cell output:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of In-line Push Pull Load Cell FL51 is around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Rod End Push Pull Force Sesnor FL51 is within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Push and Pull Force Transducer FL51 is normally within -25mV...+25mV for push and pull force measurement.
Example: Push And Pull Load Cell FL51-5kN with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -15mV...+15mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Compression And Tension Load Cell FL51-10kN working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-10kN push force VS 0-10V output, 0-10kN pull force VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error.
