Miniature S Beam Jr Load Cell FSSP offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, micro Junior Load Cell FSSP offers 500g / 1kgf / 2kgf / 5kgf / 10kgf / 20kgf / 30kgf / 50kgf eight rated capacities to choose from.The mini jr. s beam Pull Load Cell FSSP utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.1% non-linearity,the compact design enables s type pull force sensor FSSP to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment. The tension sensor features M3/M4 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements, this micro load cell force sensor can be used for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited mounting space. You may find junior S beam pull load cell FSSP interchangeable with FUTEK jr s-beam load cell LSB201, Mark Miniature Force Sensors Series R04, flintec s-beam force sensor ISA, flintec force transducer ISB,etc..

Miniature Jr S-Beam Load Cell 500g

A force sensor is a transducer that converts force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell. Miniature Push And Pull Load Cell FSSP is designed to measure force in both tension and compression direction,outputs millivolt signal ranging -30~30mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal proportional to applied force. The amplified output then can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The force can be displayed through force indicator, force meter FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC, sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement; FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port, amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.

Instruction of load cell output:

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Miniature Jr S-beam Load Cell FSSP is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Miniature Push Pull Force Sensor FSSP is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Micro Load Cell FSSP is normally within -24mV...+24mV for tension/compression force measurement.
Example: Miniature Jr S-beam Load Cell FSSP-1kg with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.

A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Miniature Force Load Cell FSSP-2kg working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-2kgf compression load VS 0-10V output,0-2kgf tension load VS 0-(-10V) output,when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 1kgf compression force,when you get -1V output,it means the current load is 200gf tension force,and so on.
