Miniature Tension And Compression Load Cell 10kg 20kg 50kg 100kg 200kg
Miniature Tension Compression load cell FSSH is made from stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both compression and traction force measurement. The junior S beam load cell series provide accuracy, compact design features, and a wide capacity range available in 10kgf, 20kgf, 50kgf, 100kgf and 200kgf. Small size push/pull load cell FSSH consists of a Wheatstone full bridge to deliver mV/V output proportional to the force applied. The M6 tapped holes located on each side of the transducer can be used to mount attachments or implements to adapt to different applications in force detecting and auto processing sections. The compact design enables Micro Force Sensor FSSH to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment. Miniature force transducer FSSH is ideally suited for applications where mounting space is limited, typical applications include spring testing, connector insertion and withdrawal force measurement, force gauges, tribometers, auto process control, press fit verification and so on. Forsentek can also provide custom design service as per client’s request.

Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell 200kg 100kg 50kg 20kg 10kg
A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied force. The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element, the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge, under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Miniature Jr S beam Load Cell FSSH is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Tension Compression Load Cell FSSH is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Tension Compression Force Sensor FSSH is normally within -30mV...+30mV for bidirectional force measurement.
Example: Miniature Traction and compression Sensor FSSH-200N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC ,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with force transducer FSSH to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Micro Push/pull load cell FSSH-500N working with -10-10V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-500N compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-500N traction load VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error. When you get 5V output, it means the current load is 250N compressive force, when you get -1V output, it means the current load is 50N tensile load.
