Low Profile Compression Force Load Cell FCFE is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for compression force measurement, flat load cell FCFE offers 0-500N / 0-1kN / 0-2kN three rated capacities to choose from. Low height design, large contact surface, Low profile plate transducer FCFE can be easily mounted under load structure without taking up too much space. Force plate load cell FCFE alsocan be modified or customized upon request.

Brief instruction of Rated output(Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is flat load cell FCFE is normally around 1.0mV/V.
Power supply of low profile load cell FCFE is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of force plate load cell FCFE is normaly within 0mV...+15mV.
Example: Flat Load Cell FCFE-100kg with 1.0mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+5mV proportional to the applied load.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
The mV output from the loadcell transducer sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Low Profile Load Cell FCFE-200kg working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-200kgf load VS 0-10V output, 0V output corresponds to 0kg, 1V output corresponds to 20kgf load, 5V output corresponds to 100kgf force,and so on.
