Digital load cell FDNR utilizes a built-in microprocessor to convert mV signal from bonded wheatstone bridge into digital output,which makes load cell sensor FDNR more stable and accurate compared to analog load cells. Digital weight sensor FDNR supports RS485 Modbus RTU protocol with 0-20kg / 0-40kg / 0-50kg / 0-60kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg six rated measuring ranges to choose from, it is corner trimmed for off-center load measurement with platform sizes up to 400x400mm, temperature compensation process guarantees stable readout in a wide temperature range. Typical applications of digital load cell transducer FDNR are for example smart shelves, vending machines, unmanned stores, intelligent warehouse management system and so on.

Parameters instruction:
Non-linearity: The maximum deviation of the calibration curve from a straight line drawn between the no-load and rated outputs; expressed as a percentage of the rated output and measured on increasing load only.
Non-repeatability: The maximum difference between load cell output readings for repeated loadings under identical loading and environmental conditions.
Hysteresis: The maximum difference between load cell output readings for the same applied load; one reading obtained by increasing the load from zero and the other by decreasing the load from rated output; usually measured at half rated output and expressed in percent of rated output.
Creep: The change in load cell output occurring with specified period of time, while under load, and with all environmental conditions and other variables remaining constant; usually measured with rated load applied.
Safe Overload: The maximum load in percent of rated capacity which can be applied without producing a permanent shift in performance characteristics beyond those specified.
A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Strain gauge based load cells are the most commonly used type and suitable for almost all industrial applications.Strain gauge load sensors contain wheatstone bridge within them to deliver mV output signal which is proportional to the applied load/force under constant power supply, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer. Digital load cell FDNR outputs digital signal instead of analog signal through RS485 communication interface utilizing Modbus RTU protocol,the weight sensor was pre-calibrated before shipment and the weight value was trasmitted in hexadecimal, multiple digital load cells can be integrated together in one system,which makes digital weight transducer FDNR especially suitable for weight measurement where multiple loadcells are involved such as smart shelves,intelligent warehouse management,etc.
