Brief instruction of load cell rated output(or Sensitivity) and output range:
Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of beam type weight sensor FMZC is around 1.0mV/V.
Power supply of weight transducer FMZC is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of load cell transducer FMZC is normally within -10mV...+10mV.
Example one: Micro Single Point Load cell FMZC-2kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -3.3mV...+3.3mV.
Example two: Miniature Single Point Load cell FMZC-5kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -5mV...+5mV.
