Contactless pedestal mount shaft to shaft rotary torque meter FYTH is produced based on non-contact rotary transformer technology intended for both rotating torque and speed measurement. Rotating torque measuring transducer FYTH offers 0-2NM / 0-5N*M / 0-10N-M / 0-20N-M / 0-30N*M / 0-50N*M / 0-100N*M / 0-200NM / 0-300N-M / 0-500NM / 0-1kN*m / 0-1500NM / 0-2kNM / 0-3kNM / 0-5kNM fifteen rated capacities to choose from, speed measurement goes up to 12000RPM. Both torque and speed channel delivers 0-5V , 0-10V or 4-20mA output proportional to the applied torque and speed. Keyed shafts on both sides of the sensor can connect to motor and load through couplings, the pedestal mount design is ideal for motor testing or anywhere a base-mounted torque sensor is required, the sensor shaft rotates while the housing remains still during measurement. Typical applications of dynamic torque meter FYTH are torque measurement of servo motors, impellers, engines, pumps, agitators and so on.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque,dynamic torquemeter FYTH utilizes built-in signal processing board to convert the mV singal into 0-5V / 0-10V / 4-20mA output which is proportiaonal to the applied torque. An in-house calibration certificate showing the relationship between torque and analog signal will be provided for each torque meter.Taking 50 Nm torquemeter with 0-10V output for example: When the torque meter outputs 4V,it means the current load is 20 Nm, when you get 2V output, it means the applied torque is 10 Nm, and so on.
