M16 threaded universal Compression Force Transducer FCMA is made of high stiffness alloy steel based on foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output proportional to the applied force.Pancake load cell FCMA offers 0-300N / 0-500N / 0-1000N / 0-2000N / 0-3000N / 0-5000N / 0-10kN seven rated measuring ranges with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the rated output to choose from intended for both static and dynamic force measurement, universal load cell FCMA can be used for both tension and compression measurement,low profile structure makes it also suitable for in-line force monitoring. Model FCMA is designed with a M16x1.5 threaded hole running through the center of the transducer which can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons,eye bolts or other adapters for force loading,this makes spoke type load cells very adaptable to various cases,you may find pancake load cell FCMA applicable for force measurement in injection-molding machines,press machines and material testing equipment,weight measurement for tanks,vessels and hoppers, and so on.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FCMA-500kg with 2.0mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is 0~10mV proportional to the applied load.
Example two: FCMA-300kg with 2.0mV/V power by 10V DC,the output range is 0~20mV proportional to the applied load.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Compression load sensor FCMA-1000kg working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the load-output relationship will be 0-1000kg load VS 0-10V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 100kg load, 5V voltage corresponds to 500kg load,and so on.
