Shaft to Shaft Contactless Dynamic Torque meter FYTE offers a contactless transmission for bridge supply voltage and measurement transmission which enables continuous operation with low wear out.Non contact rotary torque transducer FYTE offers 1 NM / 2NM / 3 NM / 5 NM / 10 NM / 20 NM / 30NM / 50NM / 100 NM / 200NM / 300NM / 500 NM 12 measuring ranges with maximum 8000RPM to choose from, ±5V /±10V / 4-20mA direct output from the transducer thanks to its built-in amplifier circuit for easy data processing. Shaft to shaft configuration, can be easily installed through couplings, the housing remains still while the shaft rotates during measurement, it is also applicable for torsion measurement with low rotating speed. Typical applications of Rotary Torque Meter FYTE are such as motor test benches, tightening torque monitoring, rotating torque measurement for servo motors, pumps, gearbox, engines, agitators,and so on.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.Non-contact rotary torquemeter FYTE utilizes built-in circuit board to convert the mV singal into -5-5V 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output proportiaonal to the applied torque, an in-house calibration certificate will be provided for each transducer in which clients will get the relationship of torque and analog signal.
Example one: 200Nm Rotary Torquemeter with 0-10V output, when the torquemeter outputs 1V, it means the current load is 20 Nm, when you get 2.5V output, it means the applied torque is 50 Nm, and so on.
Example two: 100Nm Dynamic Torque Meter with 4-20mA output, when the torque sensor output 4mA, it means there is no torque applied to the sensor, when the transducer outputs 12mA, it means the current load is 50 Nm, and the like.
