Contactless shaft to shaft rotary torquemeter FYTG is intended for both torque and speed measurement,there is no friction between rotating shaft and signal collect device thanks to contactless rotary transformer technology,which makes it much more durable compared to slip-ring type torque transducers. Contactless rotary torque transducer FYTG offers 0-1Nm / 0-2 Nm / 0-3Nm / 0-5Nm / 0-10 Nm / 0-20Nm / 0-30Nm / 0-50 Nm / 0-100Nm / 0-200 Nm / 0-300Nm / 0-500 Nm / 0-1000Nm / 0-1500Nm / 0-2000Nm fifteen torque measuring ranges to choose from, rotating speed goes up to 12000RPM for 0-100Nm,10000RPM for 200-500NM, 6000RPM for 1k-2kNM. Both torque and speed channel delivers 0-5V , 0-10V or 4-20mA output which is proportional to the applied torque and rotating speed. Dynamic torque meter FYTG can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and other directions, keyed shafts on both sides of the sensor can be used to connect with motor and load through couplings, the sensor shaft rotates while the housing remains still during measurement. You may find rotating torque sensor FYTG suitable for applications such as torque measurement of servo motors, impellers, pumps, agitators and so on.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.Dynamic Torquemeter FYTG utilizes built-in signal conditioner board to convert the mV singal from the wheatstone bridge into 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output for easy signal processing,the output signal is proportiaonal to the applied torque,an in-house calibration certificate will be provided in which you will get the data of torque VS Voltage/Current, i.e. 0-200 Nm torque VS 0-10V voltage output,when the torquemeter outputs 1V signal,it means the applied torque is 20 Nm,when the torquemeter outputs 5V signal, it means the current load is 100 Nm, and so on.
