Miniature Load Cell Sensor FMHD is strain gauge based to deliver 1.0mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge. Small size weight sensor FMHD offers 300g / 500g / 750g / 1000g four rated capacities to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity. The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to commonly used 350 ohms gauges. The compact size and aluminum material makes FMHD weighs only about 7 grams which makes it suitable for weight measuring applications where total mass and mounting space matters. Micro load cell FMHD offers a perfect mixture of small size,high accuracy and low cost,which makes weight sensor FMHD suitable for weight monitoring in consumer electronics.You may find weight transducer FMHD applicable for home appliances, force simulators, process control, robotics, automotive and so on. Brief instruction of load cell rated output(or Sensitivity) and output range:
Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of micro load cell FMHD is normally within 1mV/V.
Power supply of miniature load sensor FMHD is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of miniature weight sensor FMHD is normally within -10mV...+10mV.
Example one: Micro Loadcell FMHD-300g with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
Example two: Miniature Weighing Sensor FMHD-500g with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0~10mV.
