Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: FCCK-200N with 1.5mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is 0~7.5mV proportional to the applied force.
Example two: FCCK-100N with 1.6mV/V power by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~5.28mV proportional to the applied force.

Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load sensor normally outputs 0...+30mV which sometimes can hardly be processed directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Subminiature load cell FCCK-500N working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-500N load VS 0-10V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 50N load, 2V voltage corresponds to 100N force,and so on.
